Globegarden Named Among the Leading Employers Switzerland 2026
Zurich, August 2026 – globegarden ranks among the best employers in Switzerland: the independent Institute of Research & Data Aggregation has awarded the childcare network the LEADING EMPLOYERS SWITZERLAND 2026 seal of quality. The recognition is granted exclusively to the top 1% of all employers in the country.
What makes this award special: companies cannot apply for it. LEADING EMPLOYERS is based on a scientific meta-analysis that evaluates millions of data points and feedback responses from independent sources – including employee reviews, employer studies, existing certifications such as Great Place to Work, and HR metrics. In a seven-step analysis process, sources are systematically recorded, structured, validated and cleaned, combining AI-supported data analysis with manual quality assurance procedures. The result is an objective overall picture that avoids the distortions of individual studies, self-reported data or marketing claims.
The study examines nine dimensions: Attractiveness & Image, Employee Experience, Work-Life Quality, Compensation & Benefits, Leadership, Culture & Values, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG), and Recruiting Performance. Only employers that excel across all of these dimensions receive the award – from the perspective of their employees as well as in comparison with the entire Swiss labour market.
Recognition for Around 1,000 Employees
For globegarden, the award is above all one thing: an acknowledgement of the people who work in its childcare centres day after day. Around 1,000 employees accompany children through their earliest years at locations across German-speaking Switzerland – a responsibility that demands expertise, heart and reliability.
